Shade Tree International now offers several convenient methods for placing an order.

Online. Simply add items to your shopping cart, and follow instructions provided. Available 24 hours a day.

Call in your order. Orders may be placed over the telephone by dialing 919-308-6337 during normal business hours: 7:00am - Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, eastern standard time.

Fax. Simply print an order form and fax it to 336-599-4769.

Mail check or money order. If you wish to pay by check or money order, print an order form, fill it out completely, and along with payment send to:

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Most items ship within 48-72 hours. Please note that these times may not apply to limited edition pieces, engraved items, or other handcrafted items. Please refer to individual product pages for specific delivery times. All items shipped via UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL ground, or USPS Priority mail.

Most of our product lines carry a 30-day, money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in original packaging, including all original invoices and paperwork, and you will be issued a full refund. Returned merchandise that originally qualified for free shipping will be credited full purchase price less actual shipping charges incurred on original shipment. Items over $500.00, and special order items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Engraved items may only be returned if damaged.
In the event an item arrives broken or damaged, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. All broken or damaged claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please maintain all original packaging materials and paperwork, as they are necessary to properly file a claim with the appropriate carrier and to facilitate a replacement.
